Keep this totem with you, and whenever you notice it, take a brief awareness break.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By embracing these suggestions, you\u2019ll be able to incorporate awareness into even the busiest days. Consequently, you\u2019ll come to recognize the joy of total presence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Further Strategies to Increase Awareness<\/strong><br><br>In addition to Gawdat\u2019s more general advice, researchers recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/the-refugee-experience\/202102\/5-ways-get-more-out-your-mindfulness-practice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">other methods to maximize awareness<\/a> through specific practices and regular habits.
