Charles J. Wheelan is a faculty member at Dartmouth College and a former faculty member at the University of Chicago, specializing in public policy. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College, a Master\u2019s in Public Affairs from Princeton University, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to Naked Statistics<\/em>, Wheelan is the author of The Centrist Manifesto<\/em><\/a> and Naked Economic<\/em><\/a>s<\/em>, among other books in the non-fiction and fiction genres.
