You are the only you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Use Affirmation<\/strong>s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9a08fcc6-1617-4242-b517-8dd3b33c107c\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shortform.com\/blog\/affirmation-and-visualization-7-habits\/\">Affirmations<\/a> are a powerful tool to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shortform.com\/blog\/rewire-your-brain\/\">rewire your brain<\/a> and train it to think differently.
