Colorado’s Groundbreaking Legislation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Colorado passed the first U.S. state law (CAIA<\/a>) addressing AI algorithmic bias in May 2024. Taking effect in February 2026, the law regulates high-risk AI systems in various sectors including education, employment, and healthcare. The legislation has three main requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
