According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kff.org\/health-costs\/poll-finding\/kff-health-tracking-poll-economic-views-and-experiences-of-adults-who-struggle-financially\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KFF survey<\/a>, most US adults worry about paying for health care, whether they\u2019re financially comfortable or struggling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8% are uninsured<\/strong>: As of the first quarter of 2024, the <a href=\"https:\/\/aspe.hhs.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/documents\/ee0475e44e27daef00155e95a24fd023\/nhis-q1-2024-datapoint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">national uninsured rate for all ages was 8.2%<\/a>, meaning that 27 million people lack insurance.
