Ong suggests that this isn\u2019t a bad thing, because <strong>obstacles and challenges can be transformed into sources of energy and growth.<\/strong> If you keep an open, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shortform.com\/blog\/how-to-have-a-positive-mindset\/\">positive mindset<\/a>, you\u2019ll recognize that every problem or failure contains a hidden gem of opportunity that you might turn to your advantage, if only by learning to overcome it. What\u2019s important is to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shortform.com\/blog\/focus-on-what-you-can-control\/\">focus on what you can control<\/a>, which is largely your own response to events.
