Free online courses can be found on a variety of topics, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intelligent.com\/best-online-courses\/free-online-courses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">business, technology, and language learning<\/a>. Further learning resources can be found through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/career-advice\/career-development\/types-of-continuing-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">continuing education courses<\/a> at colleges and universities, as well as by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thoughtco.com\/reasons-to-visit-the-library-740553\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">visiting your local public library<\/a>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next vital component is to turn your program into a routine. By making your efforts toward your goal automatic, <em>a routine negates the need for motivation<\/em>. Without a routine, every day and moment means you must consciously choose whether to follow your program or do something else, such as binge-watch TV or play games on your phone. Having to make that choice depletes your will and makes it more likely that you won\u2019t follow through.
